If you are a delivery customer simply leave a detailed note in your bag identifying the specific garments, along with your specific cleaning instructions. If you are an in-store customer explain to the counter person your instructions/question and the counter person will provide the dry cleaner with specific instructions for your garment.

The Converta Bag is a 25” x 54” reusable garment bag. This bag converts from a laundry bag into a garment bag very simply; just loosen the drawstring and allow the bag to fully open to cover your garments. This bag is used rather than using plastic bags; which are a petroleum product and generally thrown away after use. By using these bags; not only do your garments come home clean, they reduce the amount of plastic used.

A Charge account can be created by filling out the charge account authorization found both on this website and at any of our locations. Once you have completed the authorization for the account you will be billed monthly to the card you have authorized.

No, thats the beauty of our service! You simply leave the outgoing dirty dry cleaning in your designated area and the driver will pick up up and return your incoming clean order in that same location.

Yes! As part of being a green company we try to reduce the amount of waste we create. Customers are welcome to dropped their used hangers off; hangers must be free of rust and not mis-shaped in any way.

Simply remove your seasonal items from your closet and bring them into any of our locations. We will clean, press, and store them for you. Yes, shirts can either be on hangers or folded and boxed. When you drop off your shirts just be sure to tell the counter person you would like your shirts folded. If you're a delivery customer just checked the boxed shirts portion of the instructions card.

No. The bags are provided to protect the garment until you get home.  Plastic does not breathe and can trap in moisture, which desposits into your garments. An ideal place to store clothing should be cool, dry, and well-ventilated. Never store clothes in a basement or attic.

The nature of the stain, age of the stain, color of fabric, and construction of the fabric sometimes make stains impossible to remove without damage to the garment.

You can, however, you may be creating another problem by doing so. The hairspray can remove ballpoint ink; but the hairspray contains alocohol and oils which can cause color damage (especially on silk).
